My red baby

I bought a Dell, it is really nice one, a red inspiron 1520, I could not find blue in CityStars CompuMe store and it was real late at night that I could not chase the guy who took all blue inspirons to Maadi branch while me and my friend Zak were arguing about colors. It was a nice deal really and I was satisfied, I loved that laptop that I always put it in the plastic cover before I place it in the bag, cause I am worried that the bag zipper could scratch my littlel red baby. Last November, a horrible incident happen, I noticed a small black line in the center bottom of the screen and I could not smudge, I had like 30 minutes trying to remove it with no hope.

I simply decided to head for CompuMe support as they provide warranty service on their retails and- in my openion- it should be a good service. Heliopolis branch receives all technical support items, in order to save time needed to transport the lap from CityStars to Heliopolis I simply headed for Heliopolis branch. They call the service department something funny I forgot unfortunately, it is a name that reminds me of the classic anti-virus that is called PC-cillin (not a medicine brand). Anyway I shew the guy the problem, and he simply said it's ink! I do trust people I do not know and this is a big problem, I let the guy try himself to sweep the line away of the screen, he tried a little then thought it is a good way to use some alcoholic liquid to remove it, he tried and convinced himself that some parts of the line has gone, and because I started to lose my trust in this guy and also because the LCD screen view changs when you look from different angles, I simply said it is not ink and I hope if he could receive the Laptop for warranty service so that this issue can be fixed. The reply was that I should come in the morning when the responsible Engineer would be available to check the issue and accept or reject the item. And because I am usually at work in the morning I insisted that he could receive it now and show it to the Engineer in the morning, and in case of rejection I could come and take it. I succeeded and I got ticket number 3627.
